Awful - Physician Recruiter Medicus Healthcare Solutions Employee Review

Everything. From micro management to "unlimited PTO" that you cant use because it isnt up to you when you can use it. You literally sit around and dial a phone for 9 hours a day and when no one answers the phone its somehow your fault and you arent trying hard enough. After you finish a list, you go back through and call that same list again...just to be told no....again. Its 99.9% failure and when you do catch that ever elusive victory, management will try to squeeze every once of enjoyment out of it for you by telling you the deal wasnt good enough or the doctor is a bum and wont last. Thats if the doctor isnt pushed away from our, far below market, rates. All in all...im looking for work somewhere else as we speak.
