Pros
A few (and I mean a few) of the upper management and practice managers are great. Very respectable and know the industry. Others, not so much!
Cons
The commission plan is on the low side. The company will tell you 'it's the most competitive plan out there' but when you look around at other staffing agencies, you'll learn that you can make MUCH more with companies that don't nit-pick your commissions and ding you for every negative impact in the business. The commissions are low to pay for the new building and upper managements salaries. A few of the other reviews here are spot-on with regards of people bringing in their friends and college buddies. In addition, if you're not that crowd, they will let you know it and you'll probably be out the door. VERY high-school mentality and bad behavior is rarely punished here as long as someone is in the upper sales spot, even things that are complete HR fouls! They have monthly lunch meetings which is like a pep-rally! It's all to boost moral and if you have to do that monthly, what does it say about the company??
