Pros
Great people, excellent culture, and the company puts a huge amount of effort into recognizing employees. Monthly awards for all departments (not just sales), Presidents Club trips, etc. They provide opportunities for everyone to progress with their careers based on their individual performance. Good industry as well.
Cons
The company is very focused on continuing to grow and that can create some pressure for people who aren't interested in working in that type of an environment. You have to want to do well, work hard, progress, and be successful, if you want to work here. That's not for everyone.
