A ship with no captain - while also having 40 different captains. People have mentioned cliques - upper level management is the clique. They can lie, cheat, abuse, and downright degrade their staff but have immunity because their best friends are the ones that reprimand/fire people. Still get questioned to this day about my time there. It's no secret across the industry how deplorable of a company this has turned into.
