Some truly exceptional people at the entry/team lead level, and a few good middle managers.
Cons
Leadership is singularly focused on YOY growth at the expense of quality job offerings/services. Management is a “clique” with very little effort to hide the fact. Threats of discipline top producing employees for offering insightful and thoughtful feedback based on direct conversations with physicians. Constantly moving goal posts for KPIs. Lack of support from management/leadership (if you ask for help or are struggling you will be told to work more hours). Class action lawsuit for unpaid overtime currently ongoing against the company. No bonuses or small bonuses that don’t reflect the company’s growth or cost of living increases. Managers are solely focused on revenue and do not understand the recruiting or sales challenges faced day-to-day due to the quickly declining perceptions of Medicus in the healtcare industry.
