Pros
There a plenty of pros to working at a company like Medicus. That is because they set you up for success right out of the gate. There is an intense 5 week training system to help you get on your feet. Also through out your ramp up period building your database. There are continuous trainings to help grow your business. Another major Pro of Medicus, is the ability to grow and move with the company. Whether that be vertically or horizontally. The company is growing at a crazy rate and if you put the working you can grow as fast as you really want. With a strong belief in meritocracy the hardest workers are always recognized for the effort given.
Cons
In my opinion there are only a few cons that come along with this job. One is the fact that this job is extremely difficult. It is a mental grind day in and day out and never really gets any easier. The work might become more simple but the stress level will just continue to grow. Also if you think you want to work a 9-5 job this is not the place for you. You need to always be available and be willing to work outside of work. Another thing is that not all divisions are similar. Some are much easier than others and work much shorter and more simple hours. Which can be very frustrating to someone who is in a more blue collar division that must put in crazy hours and time to produce the same results.
