Pros
I have been with Medicus for almost four years now and do not envision myself leaving any time soon. I walked in the door not knowing what to expect, but quickly learned that hard work gets recognized and truly does pay off. The great thing about the company is the opportunity to grow is infinite. Through the wonderful mentor program initiated in my first year with the company, I was offered endless advise and support which I owe my success. I cannot say enough about the programs that have been developed to ensure as long as an effort is made success is inevitable. Medicus is a great place to work where like minded people share the same values. The culture is undeniable and you can feel it upon first walking through our doors. You will not run into a single person here unwilling to welcome a new hire onto the team. I love coming into work every day and no matter how challenging the day, I know that I have a great team behind me. I strongly recommend becoming part of the Medicus team.
Cons
I honestly cannot say a bad thing about Medicus. Programs and business practices are constantly seeking feedback to ensure that all employees are getting what they need. This is a growing business and I do not know where I will be with the company in another 4 years which is so exciting. The opportunities for new positions and new programs are endless. I would not change a thing!
