Pros
Pre-corporate, it was incredible. Best place I've ever worked, until it wasn't. We worked HARD and played hard. Commissions, monthly team & company bonuses, perks club, P Club, were amazing!
Cons
Very siloed, HEAVY goals & expectations, to be successful, you were available 24/7. Taking calls after work was the norm. They want Kool aid drinkers & cheerleaders. Don't like it if your not outgoing and support that no matter what. Egos are high, leaders vary on personality & ability to lead. When you reach the top, the expectations get unrealistic, " Great month, you booked 305 days, let's get to 400". Now that's the right attitude but setting a goal that high when it takes you YEARS to get there, is out of line. If you leave and go to the same career, they WILL go after you with legal actions. SOME , poor management/ leadership, threats and unprofessionalism are common. Once went corporate, changed pay structure, less commissions, no monthly team & company bonuses...bye bye. Became just another crappy job.
