Working at Medicus Healthcare Solutions is like a breath of fresh air from any other company I have previously worked for. From day one administrators, managers, and peers are nothing but helpful and friendly; at Medicus you never have to be afraid to share your opinion or ask any questions. The biggest take away is that as an employee here, you are important and your ideas and thoughts matter. This company thrives on the upbeat and cheerful culture it supports. With company luncheons and cocktail hours, bingo games and even wine and paint nights the culture is a top priority for Medicus as a whole. The values are strong here as well; Medicus follows a Meritocracy system in which encourages everyone to grow and share ideas from any level of employment. Great work is always rewarded here with monthly cash bonuses and the "Keep It Up" recognition system. Even from before day one Medicus left a lasting impression on me. The interview process is thorough and very positive. I had sat down with several different people in many different roles in the company before starting here. Many of the questions I was asked were about if I could see my self working here or if I would be more interested in this position vs. the next. I could tell that they loved my personality and could see my accomplishments and they wanted to put me in a position that I would succeed the most in. So even from an interview stand point you can see the employee centricity standing out. I would definitely recommend working here to any of my closest friends and family.
Cons
It's really hard to come up with any cons about Medicus. I would say that it seemed hectic and over crowded in the office but, they went and built an entire new building to accommodate the rapid growth!
