The focus of the company is on the culture and balance. There are a lot of great teams and employees to get you through the workday. But some of teams and roles are more strict than others. Medicus focuses on fit. Young culture with monthly lunches or cocktail hours. A great formal holiday party (which most companies are cutting out of the budget) For the most part, everyone is relatively easy to work with here and helpful.
Cons
If you are in a commissionable role, it will take time to get up to speed. With time and dedication you can get to that level, but it's not overnight. Keep in mind, the decisions that management makes are what's best for the teams and for the company overall. This place is really fast paced. Expectations and timelines are constantly changing. You need to be able to adapt.
