Fair pay and good medical benefits Decent opportunities to move up and try different positions, if you seek them out Some terrific colleagues who brace together and make things work during busy periods

Cons

Estrogen-filled environment (which could be good sometimes and a snakepit at other times), save for predominantly male team of doctors who sometimes act like they are better than their colleagues.
