Pros
-employee benefits are decent through Manulife -hours are financial district 8-4 9-5 no weekends - location is central - not much micromanagement
Cons
- upper management does know first thing about keeping employees happy - state of chaos each and every day - huge disconnect within the organization (from Montreal to Vancouver all different ways of operating and documenting) - too many products when the original product has many issues - does not practice “good medicine” Most physicians are supported heavily by administration and clinical staff - no client care! - paper charts! Get with the times! - No career advancement
