H.R & Leadership do not promote team work - TELUS Health hasn't fixed this either - Backoffice Medisys Health Group Employee Review

Thank you for the feedback. Work-life balance can be challenging in some roles as the pace is fast and volume of work can be heavy at times. However, we do provide a lot of flexibility and ability to work from home for those roles that allow that and do not require direct client facing interactions. Although previously we were limited to the amount of action we could take with respect to the survey results, we are currently working on an action plan to improve engagement and culture of the organization.
