Pros
The team members are friendly, driven, and fun to work with. The two managers are in the clinic each day with their office doors open, offering support and guidance. If you are motivated and hard-working, there is opportunity for growth within the company. Employees are often cross-trained on other clinical or administrative tasks so it provides the opportunity to learn new skills.
Cons
Many positions are part-time or casual, which is one of the biggest reasons for employee turnover. However, the company is growing, especially after being acquired by TELUS, so there is potential for more hours in the future. As with any work place, there are some team members who can be abrasive at times, but I think that management tries to address this with them.
