Worst place to work for - Administration Medisys Health Group Employee Review

Let’s start with Management. The infamous Medisys Vancouver management team.. the city of Vancouver people almost as a whole has had terrible experience with these people, they will suck the life out of you. Whether an employee or a client/customer, it’s their way or the highway. Got a complaint or feedback? Throw it in the trash, because they don’t care to hear it or know it. They’re too busy doing shopping runs, taking their friends out to lunch during work hours and going on fake “meeting” calls. Which we all know are fake. I’m surprised these people even have a management job, the director cries during pressuring times and looks to other people for help. At the salary rate you’re getting, you’d expect her to know how to be a director. But then again, she didn’t earn her job. She got it through a friend. No management their job. They went from receptionist to manager or admin to director. How funny. But also unfair which is why people quit every so often. Management will make you cry, quit, and suck you dry with their insensitive treatments and harsh demands. They don’t care if you’re over worked. And guess what? Over time, or raise? Not in this life time. Avoid this place if you want to stay sane. If you want an actual job where you don’t hate your life every morning you get up for work. Because this place will make you miserable. They will publicly favorite certain employees that are the directors friends, and disregard hard working employees. The director and supervisor and team lead have zero idea what it takes to manage and to run a business. Like every other review has said below that isn’t a positive fake review, save yourself from this clinic. You are worth more, you deserve better.
