Pros

Some teams and leaders are nice

Cons

Managers leadership is poor. If you get into a good team and leader you can learn well and get supported well. Unfortunately i didn’t have that luck. Was just loaded with work with little to no help, resources, or clarity from leadership. Feedback is not taken seriously. On paper everything looks good but hardly things are followed across uniformly.

Punctuality, ability to learn quickly, experience with picking processes and equipment, and a sit-down forklift license.

Cons

Difficulty understanding English; although I do understand it, it is not my native language.

Pay was decent and co-workers were very helpful

Cons

Very long hours and no set time to leave. Routinely worked 12 hours even though you're scheduled for 8
