Supportive encouraging , and supportive to help you learn and apply ideas. There are many ways in this company to grow. Large company feel with the small warm feeling I used to have when I worked for smaller companies and carriers.
Cons
Long hours at times, calls from team members over night. Every job has struggles, you can address them and try to understand them or you can run from it.
