Absolutely disgraceful leadership in non-acute. Mid level management refuses to push back on senior leadership, whom makes abrupt decisions that have lasting impacts on the reps. Many territories don’t even hit the $100,000 guarantee, so they recoup their money from all bonuses and commissions until they are made whole again. Absolute worst place to work if you’re in non-acute. STAY AWAY!!!!
