Poor Management. Managers are not supportive at all. They don't know what manager post is for and what task are done by manager. Will always make you feel bad about your work n workplace. Even if your working on multiple projects or multiple team manager would not respect you and still not give you proper increment or rating. All your task depends on onsite people but rating will be given by indian manager and that manager is already against you without any reason.
