Pros
Strong company built on a great legacy. Many employee perks like a stellar cafeteria that's discounted to all employees - so its cheaper than cooking and the cooks are great, a full fitness center with a trainer, and an on site dry cleaners.
Cons
While there are many great people to work with, the few that are not so great that have risen to the Director level have permeated certain department with a culture that makes working there a challenge despite all the benefits. And the stickers on the cubicles that state "Security Cameras in Use, Keep Working" don't exactly make it conducive to a healthy work/life balance atmosphere.
