Cons

I think a lot of the pros are not worth mentioning because any Fortune 500 company would also have the basic incentives that Medline has. As for the true pros there are only on paper. You have to be tenured enough to even see those really play out to fruition. A lot of higher level Mangement would rather fire than re train causing high turnover. If you make a mistake or you’re not up to par then ur gone. They would rather train new employees then re train tenured ones. Higher level Mangement also has no clear goals for the year. Seems like driving cost down are our current goals but our personal goals and projects are counterintuitive. The projects we are evaluated on or get our bonus on has nothing to do with the current state of the company. None of our projects really deal with current direction. Senior level Mangement needs to stop talking about work life balance we you know it doesn’t exist. Either embrace the culture and the hours or actually let us have it. It depends on the division but I’ll rather you be open on the commitment you expect from the entire team. Senior level Mangement actually think they are gods. Yet there ideas are also met with questions and everyone is afraid to talk back. Directors or gms ask questions not for curiosity but to test. I’m not in hs. Slow promotions too. Maybe stop having such a large intern group and start investing in your middle Mangement. Ygs hire 100 interns and yet can’t fix ur gm
