They are "woke" to the point of letting everyone know thier sexual preferences on emails. Diversity is priority 1, They hire criminals and even a child molester. I can't understand the operators or half of the other mechanics because I don't speak Spanish. I hear a call on the radio in spanish, a spanish speaking mechanic answers and we go out to the machine where the operator and mechanic talk to each other in spanish and I stand there wondering what's going on. They stick to the letter of the law on PM's. If it says hire an outside contractor, they will pay thousands instead of having someone working for them do it. They do not use an employees talents. I worked robotics for years and was not allowed to do the robotic PM because the PM said we had to call an outside vendor. One PM said we had to use a computer on the other side of the factory, so we had to walk to the other side to scan a code. We thought it'd be great to move the computer to where we were doing the work, but because the PM said we had to use the computer located on the other side, we were not allowed to move it. Huge waste of time. They also are a huge waste producer. They toss perfectly good carboard because the machine had a fault, so pull everything out and then they trash it all. They have two huge upstairs office areas with 0 employees using the space, but yet they keep thousands of watts of lights on all day night and weekends!
