Pros
The people who work there were great. They are also moving to a newly renovated headquarters which is MUCH needed.
Cons
The office is so old and they need to update everything. Their is no work/life balance. People do not have laptops so their is no option to work from home and management is so strict on punching in and out that you feel like you work in a retail store. The work environment is not very inviting and people feel like they are worked liked dogs. I am no longer at the company and had several interviews with other larger companies in the area who have ALL heard bad things about Medline. I also interviewed with a former employee of 10 years and he was extremely happy to have left. They do no have the best reputation, mostly because of the extremely low pay compared to national averages and the poor treatment of employees.
