Pros

Great health benefits, 401k, ability to manage and make your own schedule. Exposed to alot of products to best assist your customers in their needs. Great training locations and money spent on the reps there.

Cons

Although there are plenty of products to offer, they are nearly always on Backorder and arrive broken or mispackaged. Upper Management is designed to help & assist reps, and when this is asked of them they have very little ability to think outside of the box or get the job done. We have been a newer division for over a year now and still do not have Product Catalogs to leave with our customers. For being a manufacturer in the industry, out competitors almost always have better pricing. Not sure how that happens. Also, how does a manufacturer of their own products not have them stocked when customers place orders? This is a consistent problem with the company. The pay is an absolute joke unless this is your first sales job. Regardless of how large your sales are you will not see the commission dollar. They blame this on your inability to create a large margin, but even when you do that, they cant explain why you dont receive larger comissions. If you can live on $45,000 yearly to work ALOT of hours, then this is the job for you. Good luck finding sales reports and tracking your numbers, there are hundreds of reports and none of them are accurate.... they make it quite impossible for Sales Reps to succeed.
