Pros

Some of the best training in the industry; continually updating reps on their own products as well as competitors products to make them as knowledgable as possible.

Cons

Always have to be available by phone or email, even while on vacation. Definite "old boy" network atmosphere, especially among management. Sales reps had to pay customer's freight charges due to the way corporate negotiated the account terms. Lots of minutiae to complete to guarantee receipt of commissions.
