Pros
If you are talented and in the right position you can make decent money as long as no event totally beyond your control wipes your bonus. I hear it's less intense outside of corporate but I can not confirm that.
Cons
It's like mid-evil Europe with every division and employee focusing on making bonus and covering their tracks to the extreme.Stressful environment makes it hard to get a good night’s sleep. There are a few small islands of good people trying to make it better but many of them are tired and approaching burnout. The company has been trying make it seem like it is getting betting with slight of hand window dressing but is little more than window dressing. Very much a boys club with were little diversity of gender or race in management. It's like the cliques in high school. Great if you are in but little opportunity to advance if you are not.
