      Pros

      The annual Six Flags event is a great perk, as are the cafeteria and the gym. Salary is fairly competitive.

      Cons

      Cutthroat, unsupportive culture. Silo effect in full force. Way too many "lifers" that do little work, command huge salaries and are untouchable. Nepotism and favoritism all over the place.
