      Fast paced, low bureacuracy, debt free, growing, almost no layoffs, great industry, good people, tons of responsibility. Opportunity to make a lot of money (but it takes time).

      Cons

      Company runs lean, lots of pressure...extremely sales oriented so fear of saying no to sales reps sometimes leads to bad business decisions.
