Cons
Your trading job security for low pay, expensive benefits, micro managed disorganized chaos. little organization, lack of overall strategy, middle management micromanages, and plays the blame game. Inflexible, long work hours (50-70hrs per week) expected to travel for work on your own time and own dime then expense it (no company credit card) not employee friendly. Lack of respect for personal time, expected to answer emails while on vacation and weekends. You are basically working yourself to death to make the owners and their family more day with little return for your efforts.
