The team was great! They were the ONLY highlight to my day. Management was a joke and never checked on time sheets so I milked my hours every week. THAT'S IT!

Where can I start? The management of Implementation is a JOKE! JOKE! JOKE! I am not sure how many times HR and leadership need to hear that before they replace them! They does not care about their employees at all! During my time there, they barely said two words to me! I went through three supervisors during my 7 months on their team. During my one-on-one, my second supervisor asked why I decided to take the job and suggested that I keep looking. At one point, the entire team was offered a cash incentive if they stayed in the role for a year. Again, management is a complete joke. They spend their day on social media and it shows! I wouldn't wear my seat belt on my drive to work because I would have rather died then be at the joke of a job.
