Pros
A lot of great people work at Medline. The corporate office is beautiful with a cafeteria and gym.
Cons
A lot of upper management level employees and not enough lower level positions to actually execute projects. Seems like nothing ever gets done and there’s no guidance. Completely toxic work environment. When asking about work From home, upper management responded with “you have that, it’s called Saturday’s and Sundays.” At least 10 people from the department I was in have left in the last few months. Not enough modern technology and resources to efficiently get the job done.
