Pros
If you do a good job, you can move up in the company.
Cons
Wanted to write this review and emphasize what many others have been saying. Medline's insurance for their employees is just SHAMEFUL especially for a healthcare company. When I was hired 2 years ago I was on the phone for weeks calling around trying to figure out solutions because Medline wouldn't cover half of my prescriptions. So I ended up having to pay a lot of money out of pocket, switch to outdated brands (which I've never had to do in my life) and then on top of that pay about 170 per month for premiums to have the insurance! So ridiculous. On top of THAT, they don't offer any plans with a zero deductible, so if you need to actually use your insurance you will first need to pay that minimum 800$. I do like working at Medline, but this lack of coverage has created a huge financial burden to the point where I might have to look for other opportunities that actually offer reasonable health insurance (aka every other place besides Medline).
