Pros
The guys on floor are great for the most part. Most of management is also great with the exception of one supervisor. The VP is also a fantastic man.
Cons
I left due to supervisor harassment. Near the end I was treated extremely poorly by my supervisor and was shown little respect after I came back form sick leave. I decided to quit because I couldn't handle the utter disrespect which even HR seemed not to care about. Speaking of that, do NOT refer anyone. I fought with them for my $1000 referral bonus however they would also skirt around making excuses as to why they haven't paid it yet. They also screwed me out of pay for 14 vacation days giving me every excuse in the book. It's clear at the end of the day, we are nothing but a number and they don't actually care about you.
