Post Acute is an overflowing red bath. Issuing a strong warning to avoid any Account Manager or Sales Rep positions.I am 18 months in as a sales rep on the West coast and looking for an exit. Years of poor desicions and an absent leader has resulted in negative growth and a "surge" to cut , cut and cut some more....finance and legal department has assumed a strong grip over a flailing commision structure.$500 gift cards has replaced any former motivation to make a living. I have had 3 managers in 18 months and I have seen the team turn over 9 out of the 11. It is currently a task driven, dry and micro managed mess to pass the blame to you, the new hire. I strongly advise: avoid.
