Nice helpful coworkers ,paid lunch.

Cons

The last 2 people let go in manufacturing were people of color (including me), I have seen my white coworkers(not all) sleep on the job, be on the their phones constantly , on just sit and do nothing in front of the ceo .poc are treated differently blatantly and gaslit by micro aggressions in manufacturing including management.

Pros

I was with the company for about 18 months to work on an important project. In my opinion, it was rewarding overall.

Cons

Saw a lot of turnover especially during covid 19. My guess is about 40-50 came and left during my time there.
