Pros
I like the company. I feel like my opinions and decisions are valued, and I have plenty of opportunities to be “seen.” I joined after graduation with the same thoughts as everyone else, get my foot in the door, get experience and get out. I don’t see a reason to leave because every year I get a proportional pay increase and bonus that helps make the work, worth it. I feel like everyone on my teams have worked well together and my manager has been more than understanding when they receive poor feedback. I feel supported and when things get busy or overwhelming, there are people that can offer the appropriate guidance.
Cons
The main thing is wfh, naturally. It is nice going in to the office, but I would like the policy to be more flexible. Yes, we get optional days per quarter, but the rotational day limits flexibility. I also feel like no matter how much effort is submitted above expected, it’s never truly addressed.
