Pros

Certain management is great Nice PTO - 15 vacation days and 6 sick days Free salad for lunch if in Cincinnati

Cons

They took away many employee bonuses this year, after the bonuses were already supposed to have been paid out. People lost thousands of dollars with days of notice, after planning on bonus per SOP all year. They not do any team building activities Employees are not valued and are looked at as a number You are not eligible for any bonus if you take more than 10 weeks sick or maternity leave No stock option except for “senior employees”

We understand it can be very disappointing not to receive a desired bonus. However, minimum eligibility and performance standards apply to all employees here at Medpace and are reviewed during this process. We encourage employees to have an honest conversation with their managers and address proactive ways to reach set goals.
