Low pay, very low bonuses and merit increases, usually no merit is given, bonus is unpredictable. Almost impossible to advance and/or get promoted unless you are liked by the executives. Executives need to get over themselves and step away. Retire already and let fresh ideas come in. Not letting people work from home when space is maxed out is silly. HR outright lies during the interview about advancement opportunities.
