Training program is good, but must be updated. Gym in the office. Free salad bar.
Cons
CRAs assigned to high number of sites all over USA or Canada because of the high turnover. If you want to work here, you will be required to sign a non-compete agreement. So keep that in mind. Unfortunately the health insurance and salary are not competitive compared to other CROs. For those leaving the company, prepare yourself for a nightmare. If resourcing cannot assign a new CRA to your sites before your last day, you will need to identify CRAs to cover scheduled visits to occur after your last day. Believe it or not this happens a lot.
