CEO does NOT care about employees - Data Management Medpace Employee Review

Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear you have enjoyed the on-site perks Medpace has to offer. In regard to COVID-19, we are navigating as best as we can and assure you we are taking this very seriously. We are complying with CDC guidelines and have allowed our employees to work 100% remotely for the last 5 weeks. This has been determined and evaluated based on new information we get daily on the spread of the virus. Due to the recent announcement per the Governor of Ohio, we will be allowing employees to return to the office next week (on a staggered schedule) every other week to ensure we help stop the spread. The return to work is a slow and gradual process. Our goal is to continue operations and save as many employee jobs as possible. We can only do this by promoting a safe and efficient workplace and unfortunately, a completely remote based workplace is not as efficient for our model which relies on collaboration and communication. Employees with special circumstances are welcome to reach out to us and we will accommodate as necessary. The safety of our employees is our number one priority.
