Compensation is reviewed on a regular basis within the organization. We work with our Compensation and Benefits team to review salary and benchmarks to assure we are aligned with the market while also being competitive in the industry. We are extremely excited about the new facilities we’re building on our headquarters campus. This 7-story building is an incredible space for our employees to collaborate, and will also include a fitness center, food court, and parking garage. We love our bright, open and modern aesthetic and we’re sorry to hear you disagree – we can’t please everybody. We are also saddened to hear about your feelings toward our HR team. Our HR department strives to serve the employees of the organization and provide a collaborative environment where they can continue to grow and thrive within the organization.
