Thank you for leaving a review. We are sorry to hear you feel there is negativity within the organization. We strive to ensure that Medpace is a place where all employees feel valued and are given endless opportunities to advance. Medpace is proud to be able to provide discretionary bonuses and other incentive rewards in addition to standard salary to employees who meet or exceed performance expectations. We understand it can be very disappointing not to receive a desired bonus. However, minimum eligibility and performance standards apply to all employees here at Medpace and are reviewed during this process. We are also saddened to hear about your feelings toward our HR team. Our HR department strives to serve the employees of the organization and provide a collaborative environment where they can continue to grow and thrive within the organization. Any issues brought to HR are prioritized accordingly. More specifically, they are all reviewed, and then escalated as necessary. While we loved offering free lunch daily to our employees, we are complying with CDC guidelines and felt it best to close down the lunch buffet for the time being – a buffet doesn’t seem like a smart way to protect the health of our employees :) We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
