5yThank you for leaving a review. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the on-site perks Medpace has to offer at our Cincinnati facility. We want all of our employees to succeed and have career paths in place in order to provide endless amounts of opportunity for growth. We hold evaluations twice per year at Medpace and do offer the opportunity for merit and bonus annually. Merit increases are based upon minimum eligibility requirements as well as performance standards. All of these are taken into consideration when determining increases. Promotional periods also are available every quarter and we constantly encourage and promote development of employees from within the organization. We regularly review our compensation, benefits, and hiring practices to ensure we are being competitive within our industry. Thank you!
