5yThank you for the feedback. We are happy to hear you enjoyed some of the on-site perks we offer here at the organization, but are disappointed to hear your thoughts on training/communication. We are proud of our reputation in the CRO industry for our excellent CRA PACE training program. You don’t identify your position but we strive to make Medpace an organization where collaboration and communication is encouraged. We have training for all managers regarding cross-departmental communication, and communication with their teams. We’re very proud of the training programs we have in place for all new employees.
