Although we are disappointed to hear that you had a negative experience within the organization, we understand that the high standards to which we ask our employees to excel at are not for everyone. We work hard to ensure we are place that attracts employees not just for the short term, but are a place that our associates can grow in their career. As you mentioned, we are extremely proud of our CRA training program (PACE) and have seen incredible success and collaboration it provides between our CRAs and management. We work very hard to ensure we have a collaborate culture here at Medpace and are sorry to hear you had a poor experience. We do encourage all employees to talk to their supervisor or HR representative should they have any issues. It is apparent Medpace was not the best fit for you, but wish you well in your future endeavors.
