In regard to your comment about work flexibility during COVID, we believe we have been very accommodating to employees. We are navigating as best as we can with COVID-19 and assure you we are taking this very seriously. We are allowing employees to work from home (on a staggered schedule) every other week to reduce on campus density and ensure we help stop the spread. Employees with special circumstances are welcome to reach out to us and we will accommodate as necessary. Hourly employees have been given sick time during this crisis to ensure they feel safe and have plenty of time to take off if needed. As a healthcare company, we recognize the severity of the virus which is why we are following all guidance given by the CDC and state of Ohio. And as an essential component of the drug development process we have elements of workforce that must be in person – at least on a partial basis.
