Pros

Decent salary with decent PTO

Cons

Super toxic work environment at this company. Managers here are complete bullies. HR supports them and will do everything to save their managers. They very inconsiderate to their employees and think they own them if they are paying their salary. Avoid working at this company. Zero scope of career development and biased HR policies

We are taken back by your comments and want to ensure we are place that attracts employees for the long term and are a place that our associates can grow in their career. We’re very sorry to hear your comments about Medpace and the negativity you feel is within the organization. We work hard to ensure our culture is one that promotes positivity and values the employees of the organization. We are saddened to hear about your feelings toward our HR team. Our HR department strives to serve the employees of the organization and provide a collaborative environment where they can continue to grow and thrive within the organization. Any issues brought to HR are prioritized accordingly. More specifically, they are all reviewed, and then escalated as necessary. We recognize, however, that when concerns are escalated to HR the resolution of issues may result in differences of opinion as to how concerns should be resolved. We are also very proud of the leadership we have in upper management, and do encourage employees to speak to their HR Representative should they have specific concerns. It is apparent Medpace was not the best fit for you, but we appreciate the review.

Pros

Coworkers are willing to help you and answer questions.

Cons

Abysmal pay for industry standards. Work will be piled on continuously. More and more studies. Forced to present impossible timelines. And then you have to speak to why these timelines were not met after the fact when it's outside of your control. Travel expectations thrown at you with a couple days notice. CEO micromanages the entire company. They track when you badge in and badge out of the building. You have to badge out to exit. Upper management throws you under the bus in front of sponsor despite agreeing with you in prep call and telling you they will have your back. People here work crazy long hours late into the evening and think it's normal.
