We are saddened to hear you didn’t enjoy your time with Medpace. In this uncertain time of COVID-19, we have had to make some very difficult decisions (just like most other organizations). During COVID our global teams have worked remotely or on staggered schedules depending on local circumstances and government guidance. As we have returned to our in-office schedules we have been very pleased to implement a new remote work policy which has allowed some remote work to continue under a hybrid plan of both in office and remote work. Although your salary didn’t meet your expectations, we can assure you that we do consistently evaluate compensation and benefits on an annual basis in order to remain competitive in the industry.
