Although we appreciate and agree with your acknowledgment of our amazing team members and our state of the art facilities, we are taken back by your thoughts about the organizational culture. We promote a culture focused on positivity, collaboration, and flexibility. We work hard to ensure we are a place that attracts employees not just for the short term, but an environment where our associates can grow in their career. Medpace does not promote or tolerate a culture of gossip and negativity. We encourage all employees who see this to address the issue head on, speak to their manager, or contact their HR representative. We must also correct your apparent misunderstanding of our flexible work opportunities. In addition to flex time which allows associates to adjust their work hours to better suit their schedules, we offer a hybrid work environment so that associates can choose to work remotely several days a month. We also have a designated team that reviews benchmarks to ensure we are constantly aligned with the market and remain competitive in the industry. We recognize we cannot please everyone and we do our best to provide an environment where our employees feel heard, valued, and empowered.
