Thank you for your feedback. We are saddened to hear you did not have a good experience with Medpace. During the interview process, we try to be as transparent as possible regarding the job responsibilities, benefits, flexibility, and expectations of each individual role. We have multiple levels structured within each position in order to provide a way for our associates to have opportunities for advancement. We are also very proud to implement a hybrid work-from-home policy for most employees. Additionally, we provide PTO and flex time to ensure we create a flexible environment for a workforce with diverse needs. More importantly, paid sick time is available to all associates and no one even needs to choose between following Medpace and CDC guidance and remaining home when they are sick. Certainly we are disappointed to hear that you put the health of your coworkers at risk rather than use sick days. As a healthcare company, we recognize the severity of the virus which is why we are following all guidance given by the CDC and state of Ohio and where additional accommodations are needed associates are encouraged to contact their HR Representative. Although your salary didn’t meet your expectations, we can assure you that we do consistently evaluate compensation and benefits on an annual basis in order to remain competitive in the industry. We understand that Medpace may not be a fit for everyone, and we are okay with that. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
